Environmental Information of Dongying Hengfeng Thermal Power Co., Ltd.

The company’s flue gas pollution control project primarily addresses the exhaust gases generated by coal combustion in its boilers. With a total investment of RMB 21 million, the project employs low-NOx combustion combined with SNCR technology for denitrification, lime–gypsum wet desulfurization, and integrated wet electrostatic dust removal. Each tower handles an air flow rate of up to 120,000 cubic meters per hour, meeting ultra‑low emission standards. A third-party monitoring agency was commissioned to conduct sampling and testing; the test report confirms that the treated flue gas complies with ultra‑low emission requirements.

Enterprise Credit Code: 91370500795319970A Legal Representative: Li Baofa

Company Address: Economic Development Zone, Dawang Town, Guangrao County Contact Information: 0546-6877078

Business Scope: Combined heat and power generation and the trading of its by-products. (For any business activities subject to approval under applicable laws and regulations, operations shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant approval certificates.)

Production capacity: two 3 MW cogeneration units and two 75 t/h coal-fired boilers.

II. Wastewater Discharge Information

Major pollutants: particulate matter, flue gas, and wastewater.

Emission Standards for Pollutants: Integrated Emission Standard for Air Pollutants GB 16297–1996

Emission Standard for Air Pollutants from Thermal Power Plants of Shandong Province (DB37/664-2019)

Standard for Wastewater Discharge into Urban Sewer Systems (GB/T 31962-2015)

Emission concentrations: particulate matter 5 mg/m³, sulfur dioxide 35 mg/m³, nitrogen oxides 50 mg/m³.

Emission methods: 1. Particulate matter is treated by an electrostatic baghouse, then passes through a desulfurization tower and a wet electrostatic precipitator for further purification before being discharged via a 65-meter-high stack. 2. Sulfur dioxide is desulfurized using a four-stage spray‑type desulfurization system and integrated with a wet electrostatic precipitator, after which it is emitted through a 65-meter-high stack. 3. Nitrogen oxides are treated by low‑NOx combustion combined with the SNCR process prior to discharge. 4. Wastewater, after preliminary treatment, is discharged into the municipal sewage network in accordance with applicable requirements.

Number and distribution of discharge outlets: a total of 3, serving as mutual backups.
