Tire Maintenance Precautions

1) First, check the air pressure of all tires on the vehicle—at least once a month—when they are cold (including the spare tire). If the pressure is low, identify and repair the source of the leak. 2) Regularly inspect your tires for damage, such as punctures or cuts, and promptly repair or replace any damaged tires. 3) Avoid exposing your tires to oils and chemicals. 4) Have your vehicle’s wheel alignment checked periodically; if misalignment is detected, correct it promptly, as improper alignment can lead to uneven tire wear and reduce tire life. 5) Under no circumstances should you exceed the speed limits or driving conditions specified by traffic regulations.

  4) Have your vehicle’s wheel alignment checked regularly. If misalignment is detected, correct it promptly; otherwise, it can lead to irregular tire wear and reduce the tires’ service life.

  5) Under no circumstances should you exceed a speed that is reasonable given the driving conditions and traffic regulations (e.g., when encountering obstacles such as rocks or potholes ahead, proceed slowly or yield).
