  I. Basic Information:

Company Name: Shandong Watson Rubber Co., Ltd.

Enterprise Credit Code: 91370523661398415X Legal Representative: Pang Xincheng

Company Address: Economic Development Zone, Dawang Town, Guangrao County Contact Information: 0546-6893242

Business Scope: Manufacturing and sales of all-steel radial tires, semi‑steel radial tires, and off‑the‑road tires; sales of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and rubber raw materials; authorized self‑operated import and export business. (The foregoing activities do not include precursor chemicals, highly toxic substances, or flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals.) (For items requiring approval by law, business operations may only be conducted upon approval by the relevant authorities.)

Production capacity: 3.5 million sets of high-performance all-steel radial truck tires per year.

  II. Wastewater Discharge Information

Major pollutants: particulate matter, flue gas, and wastewater.

  Emission Standards for Pollutants:

Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants, GB 16297–1996

Emission Standard for Pollutants from the Rubber Products Industry, GB 27632–2011

Emission Standard for Odorous Pollutants, GB 14554–1993

  Total wastewater discharge: COD ≤ 2.2 tons/year, Ammonia Nitrogen ≤ 0.32 tons/year.

  Exhaust emission concentrations: particulate matter ≤ 10 mg/m³, total non-methane hydrocarbons ≤ 10 mg/m³, odor concentration 2,000 (dimensionless).

Emission methods: 1. Dust: Exhaust gases from kneading and calendering are collected by hoods, passed through baghouse dust collectors for filtration, and then treated by an SQU resonant quantum synergistic deodorization system before being discharged through a 30-meter-high stack. 2. Sulfurization flue gas is collected by hoods, treated by the SQU resonant quantum synergistic deodorization system, and then discharged through a 15-meter-high stack.

Number and distribution of discharge outlets: 7 at the mixing stage, 5 at the vulcanization stage.

III. Construction and Operation of Pollution Prevention and Control Facilities

The company’s exhaust‑gas and odor‑pollution control project primarily addresses the odorous emissions generated by the internal mixing and vulcanization processes. With a total investment of RMB 2.8 million, the project employs the SQU resonant quantum synergistic deodorization technology. For the internal mixing process, the flue‑gas treatment capacity covers seven rubber‑mixing production lines, supported by seven sets of odor‑control equipment, collection ductwork, and sealing systems, achieving a combined air‑handling rate of up to 310,000 cubic meters per hour. The vulcanization process involves the collection and treatment of flue gases and odors from five vulcanization trenches, equipped with five sets of odor‑removal units, collection ducts, and sealing systems, with a total air‑handling capacity of 220,000 cubic meters per hour. The system is currently in normal operation, and sampling and testing have been commissioned to a qualified inspection agency. According to the test report, the treated exhaust‑gas parameters meet or exceed the emission standards.

IV. Generation and Disposal of Hazardous Waste

The company’s hazardous waste is primarily generated during the internal mixing process. Waste category: HW08—waste mineral oil; waste code: 900-249-08; hazardous characteristics: toxicity and flammability. The generated waste mineral oil is transferred via the environmental protection bureau’s inter‑agency transfer manifest and entrusted to a qualified disposal contractor.

  V. Environmental Impact Assessment of the Construction Project

VI. Emergency Response Plan for Sudden Environmental Incidents

The company prepared, as required, an emergency response plan for sudden environmental incidents for Shanwoson Rubber Co., Ltd. and submitted it to the Guangrao County Environmental Protection Bureau for record‑keeping in July 2017.
