Environmental Impact Assessment for the Designated Key Monitoring Site of Shandong Changfeng Tire Co., Ltd. – Third Public Notice

Shandong Changfeng Tire Co., Ltd. has conducted the third public notice for the environmental impact assessment of its key monitoring‑point application area, in accordance with the requirements of the Measures on Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment. Prior to submitting the environmental impact report for approval to the competent ecological and environmental authority, the project proponent shall prepare a public participation statement for the environmental impact assessment. Furthermore, before submitting the environmental impact report for approval, the proponent must publish, via an online platform, both the full text of the draft environmental impact report and the public participation statement. The public notice was posted on the official website of Shandong Hengfeng Rubber & Plastics Co., Ltd. from September 30, 2019, to October 18, 2019. The environmental impact report and the public participation statement are attached hereto.
