　　I. Employment Requirements:

　　Male: 150; Female: 30. Candidates must hold a secondary vocational school diploma or higher, be in good health, demonstrate dedication and professionalism, be hardworking and resilient, and possess a strong commitment to the rubber industry.

　　II. Registration Notes:

　　III. Salary and Benefits:

　　1. Salary: Piece-rate wage system. New employees are generally considered to be on a one-month probationary period, during which their salary is 1,850 yuan. Employees who demonstrate strong learning ability may transition to piece-rate pay ahead of schedule. After officially starting work, monthly earnings range from 3,000 to 5,500 yuan.

　　2. Salary Payment: Employees’ salaries are deposited into their personal bank accounts each month. Furthermore, our factory does not require any deposits or the surrender of identification documents.

　　3. Accommodation and Meals: The company provides standard dormitories and an employee cafeteria. The dormitories are four-person rooms equipped with new mattresses. The workshop is fitted with water purification equipment, and the dormitories feature hot-water supply, as well as shared bathrooms and restrooms.

　　4. Employee Benefits: Upon meeting the required years of service, the company will, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, arrange for employees to participate in pension insurance, work-related injury insurance, and medical insurance.

　　5. Working Hours: A three-shift, eight-hour work system is implemented.
